This proposal is a training centre for buskers, which acts as a source for buskers to get their licence in the streets of Budapest. The strict regulations for busking in Budapest makes it hard for buskers to busk, especially with the current process of getting a licence. A good example of this could be seen when buskers would perform in front of a committee, it would then be up to the official committee if the buskers are good enough to busk in Budapest.  This seemed to be quite contradictory as busking is not meant to be perfected, it is very much raw and spontaneous. The contradictory nature of this situation is criticized and celebrated by my proposal.
